Mayor Flaggs Speaks in Washington D.C.

Mayor Flaggs and Vicksburg were both recognized by President Trump at the National Opportunity Zone Conference yesterday, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, in Washington D.C.. Mayor Flaggs was also brought forth to speak before the conference. Video of the event can be seen below:
