Local Government Records

The City of Vicksburg and Warren County retain a variety of records on file, which are available to the public. It is important that you know what and where these records are kept in the event you need to access them. The Warren County Courthouse keeps the majority of government records, including: land records, deeds, legal descriptions of property, records of liens and civil and criminal judgements, marriage, divorce, legal and probate records, birth and death certificates and registered wills.

The Police Department retains copies of criminal and police records however, you must still contact the City Clerk's Office.
