Kiddie City Daycare Statement |

The City of Vicksburg does not license daycare centers and therefore does not have the authority to close the facility. The abuse issues have been reported to the appropriate State Agencies. Those Agencies are actively involved in investigating the matter. The City's police department is also working with those agencies. All evidence has been turned over to the Warren County Youth Court. All inquiries into the case must be made by petition to the Youth Court. The Judge has issued a gag order in the case.
