| It shall be unlawful for any minor under eighteen (18) years of age to remain in or upon any public street, highway, park, vacant lot or other public place within the city as follows:i) while public schools are in session for the regular school year, during the period beginning at 12:00 midnight on Friday night and ending at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, beginning at 12:00 midnight on Saturday night and ending at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, and beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and ending at 6:00 a.m. the following mornings; ii) while public schools are out for summer vacation, during the period beginning at 12:00 midnight and ending at 6:00 a.m. for each day of the week. |
