The City of Vicksburg and Warren County retain a variety of records on file, which are available to the public. It is important that you know what and where these records are kept in the event you need to access them. The Warren County Courthouse keeps the majority of government records, including: land records, deeds, legal descriptions of property, records of liens and civil and criminal judgements, marriage, divorce, legal and probate records, birth and death certificates and registered wills.

The City of Vicksburg maintains demographic and census information for the City and the surrounding region. For more information about records in the Warren County Courthouse call (601) 636-4415 and for City of Vicksburg records call the City Clerk's Office at (601) 634-4553.

The Police Department retains copies of criminal and police records however, you must still contact the City Clerk's Office.
